Kim Matula (ex-Hope Logan, “The Bold and the Beautiful”) has landed an “UnREAL” new role in primetime. The actress has been cast in the upcoming second season of the Lifetime drama that gives a fictitious behind-the-scenes look at the chaos surrounding the production of a dating competition show.

On the Friday, February 19 edition of ABC’s “Shark Tank,” former soap star Sarah Buxton (ex-Morgan DeWitt, “The Bold and the Beautiful”; ex-Annie Douglas Richards, “Sunset Beach”) will appear as she tries to get the sharks — Mark Cuban, Lori Greiner, Barbara Corcoran, Robert Herjavec and Kevin O’Leary — to make a deal over her one-piece swimsuit line that not only keeps things in the right places, but can keep you sun-safe and stylish at the same time.

“Good Morning America” is set to reveal the new “Dancing with the Stars” cast live on Tuesday, March 8, between 7 am and 9 am, on ABC. Over the years the competition series has featured an array of daytime stars, most memorably first season champ Kelly Monaco (Sam McCall, “General Hospital”). Might a soap star past or present be in the mix this time around?

On today’s edition of CBS’ “The Talk,” “The Young and the Restless” star Jason Thompson (Billy Abbott) appeared for the first time on the daytime talk show. After welcoming him to the CBS family, the co-hosts asked the actor about working on the soap opera and how things have gone so far him, including how easy it was to be “sleeping” in bed while his castmates cried over the possible loss of his character. The actor also shared where he hides his lines when necessary.

A familiar face to fans of “The Young and the Restless” and “General Hospital” guests on “The Talk” on Monday, February 15. Daytime vet Jason Thompson (Billy Abbott, “Y&R;” ex-Patrick Drake, “GH”) stops by the CBS talk show for a chat with hosts Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Aisha Tyler and Sheryl Underwood.

You can’t keep a good shrink down. Jon Lindstrom, who recurs as Dr. Kevin Collins on “General Hospital,” is taking his medical act over to “Recovery Road.” The actor will appear as yet another psychiatrist on the episode titled Parties Without Borders, airing Monday, February 15 on Freeform.

Another day, another project for “Days of our Lives” alum Blake Berris (ex-Nick Fallon). In addition to his upcoming guest spot in CBS’ “Supergirl” and appearances in Freeform’s “Pretty Little Liars,” Berris has a role in “Wrong Swipe,” a new Lifetime movie about two sisters, a dating app, and a seriously disturbed match.

After seven seasons and hundreds of twists, CBS’ “The Good Wife” will finally come to a close, it was announced just a short time ago via a bittersweet promo aired during Super Bowl 50.

There will be a special guest on the 100th episode of “Switched at Birth.” Gilles Marini, who played Bay (Vanessa Marano) and Daphne’s (Katie Leclerc) father, Angelo Sorrento, is returning to the series.
