Last appearing on “Days of our Lives” in August after deciding to return to South Africa, Theo Carver will soon be back in Salem after a family crisis forces him back to town.
Beginning Thursday, October 28, look for Cameron Johnson to reprise his role as Theo who rushes to be by his father’s side when Abe (James Reynolds) fights to recover from a recent altercation that nearly takes his life. In addition to Paulina (Jackée Harry) and Lani (Sal Stowers), Abe will surely be thrilled to have all of his close relatives around during his time of need.
Johnson first appeared as Theo in 2020 after the show opted to recast the role following the 2018 exit of Kyler Pettis who won the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actor in a Drama Series for his portrayal.
In addition to “DAYS,” Johnson has also appeared in episodes of “9-1-1,” “The Mick” and Hulu’s “Light as a Feather.” He most recently appeared in the Netflix original movie “Yes Day” starring Jennifer Garner and Edgar Ramírez. The film follows Allison (Garner) and Carlos (Ramírez), a mom and dad who give their children whatever they want for one day only because they’ve agreed to always say “yes” no matter what. Johnson plays a character named Brad.
