“The Tamron Hall Show” has parted ways with executive producer Bill GeddiePage Six reports.

According to the publication, citing Geddie’s insistence on booking former FOX News host Bill O’Reilly for the show, the producer and Tamron Hall weren’t seeing eye to eye for some time. “He hasn’t been there since the holiday break and they stopped speaking around the fall,” an insider told the pub. Another shared that Geddie hadn’t been involved in the day-to-day business since October. A third stated, “Tamron wanted someone more in tune with the current daytime TV audience and who has a more modern view of daytime television.”

Prior to the news of Geddie’s ouster, it was reported that “The View’s” executive producer, Candi Carter, would be taking over as a showrunner while the show’s co-executive producer, Talia Parkinson-Jones, announced she would be leaving as well. With Geddie now out, it’s understood that Carter will now serve as executive producer of “The Tamron Hall Show” once it resumes production following a production shutdown due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Debuting in September 2019, the syndicated talk show has already been cleared for a second season.
