Just as Nicholas (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) get ready to head down the aisle one more time, cast members from CBS’ “The Young and the Restless” took time out of their busy schedule to pose for their mug shots in a hilarious photo gallery posted on Entertainment Tonight‘s website. If you thought it was all for laughs, however, think again!

With his character married to Summer (Hunter King), following an altercation with Paul (Doug Davidson) that resulted in Genoa City’s top cop getting shot, it was only a matter of time before “The Young and the Restless” locked down actor Matthew Atkinson (Austin) with a contract. CBS Soaps In Depth is reporting the soap has done just that!

It’s been almost eight months since “The Young and the Restless’” Adam Newman was declared dead following a horrific showdown and subsequent car crash with Billy Abbott. NBC’s “Days of our Lives” took home three Emmy awards, while ABC’s “General Hospital” garnered two.
