In the midst of “The Bold and the Beautiful” gearing up for an exciting storyline in Amsterdam, which will begin airing Friday, November 7, the show’s stars Scott Clifton (Liam), Kim Matula (Hope), Ashleigh Brewer (Ivy) and Darin Brooks (Wyatt) dropped by CBS’ “The Talk” to discuss the twists and turns ahead. But don’t fret if you missed the actors’ appearance yesterday: A clip of their visit to the popular talk show has just been released!
In one of the rarest of circumstances, CBS’ “The Bold and the Beautiful” announced on Twitter earlier this evening that actress Kim Matula (Hope Logan) will soon be departing the daytime drama series, just hours after Matula appeared live alongside co-stars Scott Clifton (Liam Spencer), Darin Brooks (Wyatt Fuller) and Ashleigh Brewer (Ivy Forrester) on the network’s daytime talk show, “The Talk.” Under normal circumstances the talent, or their representatives, would reveal departure news to the press or social media before the show was able to confirm casting updates.
Today is a must-tune-in day for CBS Daytime, as the network is pulling out all the stops for soap fans!
This month on CBS’ “The Bold and the Beautiful” fans will get to see the beautiful city of Amsterdam when Hope (Kim Matula), Liam (Scott Clifton), Wyatt (Darin Brooks) and Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) travel abroad to mix business with pleasure, but an on location shoot isn’t the only thing to look forward to on the daytime drama series.
On Wednesday, November 5, “The Bold and the Beautiful” stars Darin Brooks (Wyatt), Ashleigh Brewer (Ivy), Scott Clifton (Liam) and Kim Matula (Hope) will be appearing on CBS’ “The Talk” to discuss their recent Amsterdam location shoot and the “B&B” episodes that begin airing on Friday, November 7.
Soap Opera Network first reported on the possibility in early July, while speaking with “The Bold and the Beautiful” executive producer and head writer Bradley P. Bell, and now it is official: The daytime drama series will film a romantic story on the canals of Amsterdam the first week of October, the soap announced yesterday, September 24.
If you ever thought that “The Bold and the Beautiful’s” Scott Clifton (Liam Spencer) had a James Bond type style about him, but couldn’t figure out why, the actor donned an elegant suit with a martini glass and cigar in hand after being challenged by friends and “B&B” co-star Darin Brooks (Wyatt Spencer) for the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, which definitely explains things.
Pow! Bam! Boom! Biff!
As previously reported, former game show host Bob Barker is returning to CBS’ “The Bold and the Beautiful” on Thursday, August 28. The episode finds Barker once again playing a version of himself when he goes to check up on new pal Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). The friendly visit, however, goes south when an argument between Barker and Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) ensues following Wyatt’s choice words about animal lovers. Having enough of Wyatt’s antics, Barker unleashes the smackdown on his candy you know what. The scene is reminiscent of Barker’s classic fight scene from the 1996 Adam Sandler film, “Happy Gilmore.” Following a flurry of punches, Wyatt falls to the ground and begins to roll down a hill, where he lands face-down in a puddle of mud.
Per TV Guide’s Michael Logan, legendary host of “The Price is Right,” Bob Barker, is returning to CBS’ “The Bold and the Beautiful” on Thursday, August 28 in scenes that’ll spoof his classic fight scene from the 1996 Adam Sandler film, “Happy Gilmore.”
“The Bold and the Beautiful’s” Darin Brooks (Wyatt Fuller) is celebrating his recent engagement to Kelly Kruger (ex-Mackenzie Browning, “The Young and the Restless”), but that’s not all he has to be happy about: It looks like his future life partner will also be joining him at work!
Congratulations are in order for “The Bold and the Beautiful’s” Darin Brooks (Wyatt Fuller), who has announced that he’s officially engaged to former “The Young and the Restless” star Kelly Kruger (ex-Mackenzie Browning)!
