As previously reported, Shemar Moore will make a return visit to Genoa City on the Monday, May 8 episode of “The Young and the Restless,” marking his first stop back since 2019. In anticipation of his reprising the iconic role of Malcolm Winters on the daytime drama series, Moore will be guest co-hosting the Thursday, May 4 episode of “The Talk.”
According to a preview image from the episode, Moore will introduce his baby girl, Frankie, to the world for the first time when she makes her exclusive television debut on the daytime talk show. Moore will also discuss his return to “The Young and the Restless.” The episode was pre-recorded.

Despite the show shutting down production this week due to the ongoing writers strike by members of the Writers Guild of America union, “The Talk” pre-recorded several all-new episodes in anticipation of the strike that was called on Tuesday after talks failed between the union and the AMPTP (Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers), which represents the big media companies.
“The Talk” airs weekdays on CBS. The show is also available to stream live and On Demand on Paramount+.
