With current channel options dedicated to game shows “The Price is Right” and “Let’s Make a Deal,” and soaps “The Bold and the Beautiful” and “The Young and the Restless,” Pluto TV announced today that it would also be bringing select episodes of “The Talk” to the growing FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming) platform.

Starting with episodes from the week of November 8-11, 2022, four episodes from the current 13th season will be available to stream On Demand on Pluto TV of the daytime talk show hosted by Akbar Gbajabiamila, Amanda Kloots, Natalie Morales, Jerry O’Connell and Sheryl Underwood. Episodes are generally released seven days after they initially air on CBS.

According to Pluto TV, the launch of “The Talk” on the platform marks a new level in the expansion of CBS content following the recent announcement of more than 6,300 new classic CBS programming and episodes coming to the service by year’s end, which includes “Cheers,” “Frasier,” “Star Trek” and “Criminal Minds,” among others.

Note: At press time, only one episode of “The Talk” was available to watch On Demand on Pluto TV. The episode (S13E46) originally aired on Monday, November 14 and features “Ghosts” star Danielle Pinnock as a special guest.

“The Talk” features a panel of well-known entertainment personalities discussing current events, pop culture, family, celebrity and trending topics of the day. The hosts exchange stories and share their opinions on issues and events in the headlines. The show also features celebrity guest interviews, musical performances and cooking segments, as well as human interest stories. Multi-Daytime Emmy Award winner Kristin Matthews is executive producer/showrunner, with Ed Horwitz, Steve Cunniff, Becky Orenstein, Anjeanette Taylor and Julie Taylor serving as co-executive producers.

Since its launch in 2010, “The Talk” has received 56 Daytime Emmy Award nominations, including 11 wins (Outstanding Talk Show Entertainment in 2016 and 2018, writing in 2015, and host in 2017). The show has also won the People’s Choice Award for Daytime TV Hosting Team (2016) and the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Talk Series (2016).
