On Friday, April 3, CBS will air a classic episode of “The Young and the Restless.”
Originally aired on April 13, 1984, the episode highlights the first wedding of Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and his bride, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott).
In the episode, the long-awaited wedding of Victor and Nikki is in jeopardy as Victor’s obsessed former secretary, Eve Howard (Margaret Mason), waits in the wings to harm the bride.
Meanwhile, Katherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper) makes a grand entrance, Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) escorts Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman) and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) dreams of her own upcoming wedding to Eric Garrison (Brian Matthews).
The first nuptials of Victor and Nikki Newman remains one of” Y&R’s” highest-rated episodes.
CBS will resume airing all-new episodes of “Y&R” on Monday, April 6.
