CBS Daytime’s talk show, “The Talk,” is on a roll: The daytime show beat popular ABC talker “The View” in ratings for the first time ever last month, and they’ve just done it again!
According to Nielsen live plus same day ratings, “The Talk” — which includes co-hosts Sara Gilbert, Sheryl Underwood, Aisha Tyler, Sharon Osbourne and Julie Chen — topped “The View” in key demographics for the week ending on Friday, August 1.
“The Talk” (2.49m) averaged 1.1/07 in women 25-54 (vs. 1.0/07 for “The View”), up +10% from last week and 0.8/05 in women 18-49 (vs. 0.7/05 for “The View”), up +14% from the prior week.
