Get ready for a Port Charles tradition, states a newly released promo for ABC’s “General Hospital,” which will present its annual Nurses Ball on Thursday, May 8. For the second time in 13 years, the daytime drama series will produce the musical spectacle that seeks to help those living with HIV and AIDS. The event concludes with a crescendo on Tuesday, May 12 13.

The promo highlights some of the key moments from the 2013 Nurses Ball, which found Sabrina (Teresa Castillo) and Felix (Marc Anthony Samuel) working closely with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) on returning the annual event to Port Charles after it had been quietly ignored since its heyday.

Last year several former cast members including Vanessa Marcil (ex-Brenda Barrett) and Richard Simmons (as himself), among others, returned to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the series which coincided with the return of the Nurses Ball.

As an added bonus, this year viewers can expect “Magic Milo” 2.0, although with a different set of hot guys stripping for their viewing pleasure.
