Former “One Life to Live” actor Roger Hill, who played Alex Lowndes, has died.

According to reports, the 65-year-old actor passed away on Thursday, February 20 in New York City. Having spent most of his career in theater, the Bronx native is also known for his role as gang lord Cyrus in the film “Warriors,” and Chingachgook in the TV mini-series “The Leatherstocking Tales.” Soap opera fans, however, most remember him as Llanview’s Alex, which he played in the early 80s.

Hill is survived by his only son, film editor Chris W. Hill.
