With “The Young and the Restless” gearing up for the unveiling of Chelsea’s (Melissa Claire Egan) new fashion line, Chelsea Lawson for Jabot, and the subsequent battleground between the fashionista and Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson), as well as Lily (Christel Khalil) and Hilary (Mishael Morgan), it would only make sense for the series to use the storyline as a crossover opportunity with sister soap “The Bold and the Beautiful.”
In addition to Jill Larson (ex-Opal Cortlandt, “All My Children”) appearing as a stage manager who must referee the aforementioned ladies, TV Guide‘s Michael Logan is reporting that “B&B’s” Jacob Young and Linsey Godfrey will be crossing sets at the CBS Television City Studios, where both shows are filmed, as their characters Rick and Caroline Forrester have RSVP’d to attend Chelsea’s fashion show.
Airing from Friday, April 11 through Wednesday, April 16 on CBS and TVGN, the episodes help mark a reunion of sorts for Egan and Young, who played popular couple JR Chandler and Annie Lavery on “AMC.” Meanwhile, Godfrey will also share scenes with real-life love, Robert Adamson, who plays Noah Newman on “Y&R.” The two are expecting their first child.
