As we all know, the relationship between Todd and Blair has been VERY rocky. In 1997, Todd hired Tea Delgado (Florencia Lozano) to act as his lawyer in his case against Blair over custody of daughter Starr. On top of that, Todd paid Tea $5 million to marry him so he’ll look better in front of the judge. In the clip above, Todd and Tea go to the courthouse to make their first marriage official. And in that moment, another subsection of “One Life to Live” fans – “TnT” fans – are born.
