The shocking legal battle between “General Hospital” and “One Life to Live” has kept soap opera fans on the edge of their seats for months, and the latest information — behind the scenes details from the sudsers’ star, Michael Easton (Silas Clay/ex-John McBain), as told to TV Guide — serves as more juice to keep the flames a’ burning!

“I’ve been thunderstruck since the whole thing came down,” the actor says of being recast as Silas once news of the ABC/Prospect Park lawsuit broke. “I don’t think anybody’s completely comfortable with what’s happened. Hands were forced.”

For more from Easton, including whether or not he plans to return to “OLTL” on a recurring basis like Roger Howarth (Todd Manning, “OLTL;” Franco, “GH”), check out the full story here.
