Michael Muhney Signs New Contract with ‘The Young and the Restless’

Michael Muhney has announced on Twitter that's he's signed a new contract with CBS' "The Young and the Restless" that will keep him in Genoa City as his character, Adam Newman, through at least June 2015. In a tweet to his more than 50,000 followers the actor commented, "Lots of 'Adam' to come. #gameON."

Michael Muhney has announced on Twitter that’s he’s signed a new contract with CBS’ “The Young and the Restless” that will keep him in Genoa City as his character, Adam Newman, through at least June 2015. In a tweet to his more than 50,000 followers the actor commented, “Lots of ‘Adam’ to come. #gameON.”

While he didn’t begin airing on “Y&R” until late June 2009, Muhney replaced Chris Engen as an adult aged Adam. The actor first made a name for himself with his run as Sheriff Don Lamb on the UPN/The CW series “Veronica Mars.”
