IT HAPPENED TODAY…
In an effort to prove she’s still hot Liza kisses Tad. She explains that she was fired and basically lost her job because she couldn’t get Jesse fired. Liza thinks “Tad the Cad” is now “Tad the Dad”. Tad says he won’t have sex with Liza because he’s a married man. She goes off to prove she’s not dead yet. Caleb heard Liza got fired and offers her a job. At first Liza declines but later decides to accept.
Jake and Cara talk about her growing relationship with Tad but when Cara watches Jake with Amanda she starts to cry. Tad offers her a handkerchief and she notices lipstick on it. Tad explains what happened with Liza. Cara explains she was crying because she wants Jake and Amanda to be as happy as they are. She’s grateful for all he’s done for her. The two kiss and then Tad asks Cara for a divorce.
JR asks Marissa what’s going on. She was into being a couple, came back into his bed but now wants to take it slow. He’s confused while Marissa asks why he’s pushing her. JR wants to know why she doesn’t want to take their relationship to the next level. Before she can answer Bianca shows up and Marissa realizes she’s on a date. JR talks to Bianca who says that Marissa needs to feel wanted and appreciated. He takes her advice and tells Marissa that they should be together but not smother one another. JR admits he had some help in figuring out what she wants. Sienna, Bianca’s date, picks up on the vibe between the two girls and asks how long Marissa’s had a thing for her. She can tell Bianca feels the same and ends their date. Jake brings Amanda to the hospital and Cara’s the doctor treating her. She wants Amanda to confide in her. Amanda and Jake learn she’s not pregnant, but after Jake leaves, Cara tells her the symptoms she’s having may be from HPV or cervical cancer. Amanda says Cara owes it to her to keep this news from Jake. JR texts Amanda to find out if she took the pregnancy test and Amanda says the test was negative.
