IT HAPPENED TODAY…
John comforts Natalie about her dying father. The tenderness leads to a kiss and John’s admission that he still cares about Natalie and wishes they could be together, but he can’t get past the betrayal over Liam. They part, if not friends at least not enemies, but Natalie is left having to accept that it’s over with John for good.
Brody and Viki are at St. Ann’s when Tess returns from electroshock and learns that the treatment wasn’t successful. Tess is still Tess, much to the delight of a listening nun, who is really Ford in disguise. Desperate to get Jessica back, Brody welcomes the doctor’s suggestion that they continue shock treatments, but Viki nixes the idea, leaving Brody having to accept that Jessica may never be back. Meanwhile, Ford reveals himself to Tess and admits he’s fallen in love with her.
Roxy visits Gigi and learns about her wedding to Rex. Determined to be her maid of honor, Roxy gives her a gift – the tape recorder with Marty’s confession tape.
Rex apologizes to Clint for his previous verbal assault and tells him he’s getting married. Clint accuses him of changing his tune because he knows Clint is dying and wants to be in his will. The animosity between the men grows worse than ever.
Nora refuses to entertain the possibility that Matthew’s heart could save Clint. Bo fears that they are soon going to have to make a decision about Matthew’s future one way or another.
The man with Todd Manning’s original face gazes at arriving Starr. Starr moves closer to Sam, asks who he’s talking to. Sam says he was talking to a homeless man.
