IT HAPPENED TODAY…

Jana finds Victoria moping over her fight with Billy. Thinking on her relationship with Kevin, Jana advises Victoria to make peace with Billy. Taking Jana's advice, Victoria finds out that Billy is at Gloworm and heads that way to make peace.

Nina, Phillip and Heather all worry about the court case. They can't believe that Chance will have to return back into the Witness Protection program. Spencer tells them that Chance is very well aware of the stakes if he stays out of protection after the trial. Chance assures his loved ones that his decision hasn't been determined yet.

Sharon puts a rush on getting her emergency passport. She's on her way out when Phyllis arrives, digging for information on Adam's whereabouts. Before Sharon and she can continue their conversation, two police officers arrive looking to take Adam in for perjury. Once gone, Phyllis tries to get Sharon to slip on where Adam may be, but Sharon kicks her out.

Adam probes for information from Koa, but comes up short. When Koa flips the tables and begins asking Adam about him, Adam gives him a phony name and job. Once Adam has stepped away from the bar, Koa begins a search on his BlackBerry about 'Jason Ellings'. Minutes later, Adam returns and Koa demands to know who he is and what he wants. Adam tells him he is the ex husband of Skye and he's going to give him information on clearing Sharon's name.

Sharon boards a plane for Thailand. She thinks she is in the clear until the stewardess appears with her boss. He tells her about looking up her passport and coming up with different age information on her passport. Sharon is escorted off of the plane, unaware that Phyllis is on the same flight.

At the courthouse, Spencer is starting the opening argument until Christine arrives. Unable to wait any longer, he calls on his first witness. Pomerantz and Meeks are floored to see that Chance has walked into the courtroom. The judge orders for a brief recess. After a brief talk with Spencer, Chance receives a text saying that if he testifies, a kidnapped Heather will die.
