IT HAPPENED TODAY…
Victor, upon seeing Neil coming into the arbitration conference room, lights into him for his betrayal. Not at all phased by Victor’s heated words and points out that he doesn’t have any personal issues in coming forward. Victor not at all buying what Neil has explained, accuses him of coming forward because of his being passed over during the time he was in the company. Their conversation ends when the judge and the rest return, interested in what Neil has to say.
Diane gets a visit from Nikki who asks her if she remembered Victor’s birthday, to which she has not. Diane quickly says she has something planned. Nikki coyly says that he’s going to need more than a celebratory dinner to cheer him up; regardless of the outcome of the arbitration. Moments later, Diane has words with Sharon, who stops by to see if Victor may have received any calls from Adam.
After reviewing all of the information and documentation, the judge makes his ruling: in favor of Abby, Nick and Victoria. Each are awarded $500 million. A numbed Victor demands that Michael find whatever way to turn things around for him: he will not be beaten by anyone, not even his own children.
Finding Victor in the barn, Nikki offers comfort to him. It soon turns to passionate sex: sex that Diane unwittingly walks in on.
