IT HAPPENED TODAY…
Kendall and Ryan spy on Adam from the tunnel as he tells Annie he remembers seeing her shoot Stuart as part of Kendall’s plan to get her to confess. Although slightly shaky at first, Annie maintains her innocence and is hurt that Adam doesn’t trust her. Adam takes his fury out on Kendall and Ryan, angry at himself for having tested Annie that way. Annie removes her ankle monitor planning to flee but has a change of heart. Adam is relieved to find that Annie didn’t run away when he goes to her room to seek her forgiveness for having doubted her. Adam kisses Annie after assuring her that he’s in her corner.
Madison tells Zach that he and Kendall don’t have to worry about North anymore but says nothing more. Jesse knows Randi was acting in self-defense when she believes she was the one who killed North. Randi panics at the thought of being sent to prison, fearing a jury would never believe her. Randi reveals to Jesse that she’s pregnant. Jesse takes action to cover up the crime, going so far as pushing North’s car over a cliff with his corpse strapped inside. Zach suspects that something’s amiss when he arrives at North’s hotel room.
Marissa inadvertently tells Scott that JR kissed her. Scott puts work aside and takes Marissa to the casino but leaves when JR arrives. After explaining how he feels, JR asks Marissa out on a date.
