IT HAPPENED TODAY…
Annie is shocked when she answers a call presumably from Erica and finds Emma on the other end of the line. With Jesse standing in front of her, Annie abruptly ends the call. Ryan takes the phone when Annie calls back and tries to convince her that they can’t put Emma through the trauma of testifying at a murder trial. After not being able to get a hold of Ryan, Erica calls Zach to let him know Liza’s there questioning Emma. Zach pulls Liza away from Emma but realizes Liza’s right when she says someone other than Ryan needs to talk to her. Zach gently starts to question Emma, who seems about to reveal something important just as Ryan barges in on them.
Adam accuses Annie of having shot Stuart after having another memory from the attic.
Randi panics when she receives a bookend identical to the one she clobbered North with in the mail. Jesse tells Randi that Madison is just playing mind games with her and promises to put an end to it. Jesse rushes Randi to the hospital after she doubles over in pain. Frankie shows Brot the disturbing text message he received questioning the paternity of Randi’s baby.
