“Mother Knows Bess”
Bess feels the walls closing in on her when a fleet of cops, along with Bo, Viki and Clint arrive at the Brennan’s. After fleeing up the stairs and locking herself in a bedroom with Hope, Bess is confronted by Tess. Wanting to try and protect a fragile Jessica as much as possible, Viki formulates a radical plan in the hopes she’ll be able to get through to Bess. Natalie and Jared explain what’s going on to a confused Phil and Cindy, who are bolstered by the fact they really do have a grandchild when Natalie tells them about Bree.
Starr tries to tell Langston how she feels about the baby. Meanwhile, Cole admits to Markko he wants to keep the baby but won’t ask Starr to go back on her promise to Marcie. Starr wonders to Langston what the future holds for her and Cole. Cole tells Markko he wants to be with Starr no matter what she decides about the baby. Starr is relieved when Cole shows up.
Rachel questions Nora’s motives for accepting Clint’s proposal.
