IT HAPPENED TODAY…
Liza confesses the truth to Tad as she reveals she’s faking being pregnant so that she and Jake can pass Amanda’s baby off as being hers. Tad is vastly opposed to what Liza and Jake are doing. Remembering the ordeal he went through with Kathy, Tad doesn’t believe any parent, even someone as despicable as David, should be duped into thinking they lost a child.
Amanda musters up the strength to hand her baby over to Jake but not before saying an emotional and heartfelt goodbye to her newborn little boy. David tracks Jake and Amanda down to the clinic in Barbados and finds Amanda an emotional wreck when he barges into her room. Jake claims that Amanda’s baby died during a complicated birth. Jake fears David might uncover the truth when he demands to see his son’s body.
Krystal reaches out to Marissa when she laments the fact that she doesn’t seem to be enough to fill the void in David’s life. Marissa and Krystal worry what David might do if he loses another child.
Ryan pulls the truth out of Emma, who says Annie told her about having a guardian angel that’s going to help her come home. Aidan denies helping Annie when Ryan confronts him, saying he doesn’t think Annie should ever be set free.
