(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — “All My Children” Episode Recap – Monday, June 1, 2009.

IT HAPPENED TODAY…

Krystal shows up at Tad’s after walking out on David. Tad proves to be a good friend when he welcomes Krystal home and invites her to stay at the house for a while. David, hurting from Krystal leaving him, tries to explain his behavior to Amanda.

Liza wants Jake to promise that he won’t try to take Amanda’s baby back once he gives it to her. Jake comes up with a plan while surfing adoption websites.

Colby is stunned when she overhears Jake and Liza talking and learns that Jake, not Adam, was supposed to have been her father. Colby confronts Adam. Liza pales when she arrives to hear that Colby knows the truth. Adam and Liza explain a bit of their complicated history to Colby, who gains a new understanding of her parents. Colby forgives Liza for keeping the truth from her.

Kendall is released on bail. Jesse pushes Zach to admit that he’s lying to protect Kendall. Zach sticks to his story. Kendall visits Zach in prison, where they both come to the realization that the other didn’t murder Stuart.

On the Next All My Children…

  • A surprising proposition is devised in regards to the murder investigation.
  • Suspicions grow towards Liza’s guilt.
  • Scott is in a turmoil.
