(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — After months of rumors of his impending exit from ABC’s “General Hospital,” Soap Opera Network has learned that Josh Duhon’s last day as an alive Logan Hayes will be Tuesday, July 8.

Duhon joined “General Hospital” in March 2007 as Army soldier Logan Hayes, the eventual love interest of Lulu Spencer (Julie Marie Berman), daughter of Luke (Anthony Geary) and Laura Spencer (Genie Francis). It was soon revealed that Logan was the son of Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner), Luke’s chief rival for Laura’s affections over the last 30 years. In November 2007, Logan’s airtime and his place in Lulu’s heart gradually decreased in favor of Johnny Zacchara (Brandon Barash), who became the new bad boy of Port Charles.

In a major twist of fate, Logan will find himself killed off by Lulu when the two get into a fight over the truths of their lives.

The actor is repped by Innovative Artists. His other television credits include roles on NBC’s “Passions” and CBS’ “Criminal Minds”. He also appeared in the 2006 surf film “Boxboarders!”

“General Hospital” airs Weekdays on ABC. Weeknights on SOAPnet. Check local listings.
